摘要:
精度控制是船舶分段建造过程中的关键,但目前这方面的研究非常少,本文针对船体平直分段精度控制问题进行了深入研究.运用状态空间方程对船底分段装焊过程中的偏差流进行建模,主要分析了零件自身偏差、零件定位偏差和因焊接变形产生的偏差在工序间的变化、累积和传递过程,焊接变形偏差主要有对接变形偏差和角接变形偏差.在三维坐标系中以零件关键点的偏差为状态矢量,零件测量偏差作输出矢量,建立状态空间模型.最后用实际分段的装焊过程为例验证,表明该模型对船底分段精度控制是有效的.
