摘要:
在保证气缸润滑效果的前提下,为了降低气缸耗油率、减少有害排放物,针对某型船用柴油机传统机械式注油器存在的缺陷,加装了一套新型电控气缸注油润滑系统.该系统采用步进电机控制和驱动改装设计后的柴油机Bosch燃油喷射泵,可实现精确定时、定量和变频注油.为此,进行了循环注油量、定时和注油率控制的配机标定试验.结果表明:注油集中在活塞环带上,保证了缸套润滑效果;注油频率随负荷、燃油含硫量及缸套磨合状态等参数调节,使气缸润滑油耗率比机械式注油器降低30%以上.
