摘要:
为了研究相继增压柴油机在切换点工况下只有1台增压器工作(1TC)和2台增压器同时工作(2TC)的排放对比情况,应用GT-POWER和STAR-CD软件对其进行了多维数值模拟研究.着重对同工况下1TC和2TC的缸内温度场、排放物浓度场等参数进行对比分析,并给出了缸内压力曲线、放热率曲线以及缸内温度曲线.计算结果表明,由于1TC的进气压力大、进气量充足、混合气形成更均匀、燃烧更完全, 因此1TC的缸内平均压力高于2TC,缸内平均温度低于2TC,缸内NOx和SOOT的浓度均小于2TC.
