摘要:
为了为生物柴油发动机混合比的合理选择提供参考依据,在不改变发动机结构参数的情况下,通过发动机性能试验分析了不同工况下的发动机功率、油耗量、油耗率及CO、HC、NOx、PM、SOF、DS排放浓度等指标,研究了8种不同混合比的生物柴油对发动机动力性、经济性及排放性能的影响,为生物柴油混合比的合理选择提供参考依据。结果表明:生物柴油混合燃料与0#石化柴油的发动机功率和扭矩变化趋势大致相同,随着生物柴油混合比的增大发动机功率和扭矩有所下降,当混合比小于20%时对发动机动力性的影响很小;同时全负荷工况下的燃油消耗量和燃油消耗率逐渐增加,但增加的幅度较小,生物柴油的燃油经济性与石化柴油相差不大;CO、HC、PM、SOF、DS以及碳烟的排放浓度大幅降低,NOx的排放浓度略有增加。
