摘要:
电控单体泵是一种能够满足柴油机动力性能和排放性能的燃油喷射系统,为了研究其在低负荷时的小循环喷油量波动特性。本文利用AMESim软件建立电控单体泵燃油系统的数值模型,并结合实验数据验证模型精度,研究了不同凸轮转速范围内各个特性参数对小循环喷油量波动影响的量化关系,得出不同参数的量化百分比指标;同时结合面中央合成实验设计方法,考虑不同特性参数交互作用,对交互因素和小循环喷油量进行相关性分析,得出了各因素与小循环喷油量之间的相关系数。
