摘要:
模拟中医诊脉方式采集和量化描述时空域脉搏信号是促进脉诊客观化的重要途径。本文研制了具有气囊式仿指柔性探头的新型脉搏检测装置模拟手指诊脉。探头底部柔性接触膜随脉搏发生形变,两部相机同步拍摄接触膜图像。接触膜上印制网格状结构线,采用脊线拟合相交法检测网格线交点的图像坐标,利用双目立体视觉原理计算交点的三维坐标,通过曲面拟合重构接触膜形貌,获得含有时空域信号的三维脉图序列,从中提取的脉搏振幅0.353±0.032 mm。并且基于时空域脉搏信号提出七种脉象因素量化指标。
