摘要:
为了提高柴油机建模的精度,本文分析了二冲程超长行程船用柴油机气体流通路径,认为柴油机模型的扫气总管子模型与气缸子模型之间需要考虑气缸体子模型。根据分析结果,在AVL BOOST仿真平台上建立了二冲程超长行程船用柴油机模型。采用Dinescu和Tazerout提出的方法建立了涡轮增压器的全工作范围图谱并应用于BOOST中。通过仿真分析得出:考虑了气缸体子模型的柴油机模型与未考虑气缸体子模型的柴油机模型相比,性能参数的仿真精度均有不同程度的提高,其中废气总管温度、扫气总管温度、主机功率等参数的精度提升较大,最大提升幅度分别为5.52%、4.13%及4.36%。单个柴油机工作循环的计算量增加15.6%。因此,二冲程超长行程船用柴油机建模时有必要考虑气缸体子模型。循环仿真模型可用于研究柴油机整机性能,也可以作为轮机模拟器中的设备模型用于船员培训。
