摘要:
碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)切削过程中,刀具磨损问题尤为突出。为了研究不同刀具的磨损问题,采用金属陶瓷(NX2525)、涂层(VP15TF)、硬质合金(HTi10)与PCD刀具进行CFRP铣削试验,对不同刀具材料的铣削力、后刀面磨损及磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明:NX2525刀具的铣削力最大,PCD刀具的铣削力最小,当切削次数大于20次(切削距离2.4 m)时,VP15TF刀具的铣削力逐渐大于HTi10刀具,但是相差不大;硬度较高的NX2525与VP15TF刀具并没有表现出好的耐磨性,刀具寿命反而低于HTi10刀具,PCD刀具磨损较小,刀具寿命较长;NX2525刀具的磨损机理以磨粒磨损、剥落为主,还有少量的切屑粘附;VP15TF刀具主要发生了磨粒磨损、涂层脱落与切屑粘附,并且磨粒磨损是造成涂层脱落的主要原因;HTi10刀具以磨粒磨损与切屑粘附为主;PCD刀具的微崩刃比较明显,严重时会造成大范围剥落。
