摘要:
冰对螺旋桨的碰撞是一个非常复杂的过程,经常导致螺旋桨桨叶发生变形和损坏,影响了船舶的航行安全。为了研究螺旋桨-冰的切削和碰撞,本文在空气中和水中分别开展了不同模型冰推送速度、切削深度、螺旋桨转速和进速系数下螺旋桨-冰的切削试验,测量了螺旋桨的推力和扭矩。试验结果表明:螺旋桨-冰在空气中切削时,切削深度越深,螺旋桨的推力越小,扭矩越大;模型冰推送速度越快,螺旋桨的推力和扭矩越大。螺旋桨-冰在水中切削时,切削深度越深,螺旋桨的推力和扭矩越大;模型冰推送速度的变化对螺旋桨推力和扭矩的影响很小;螺旋桨-冰之间的距离减小时,螺旋桨的推力和扭矩并不是恒定增加的。
