摘要:
为了模拟扰动时由于蒸汽发生器水位下部的气泡收缩与膨胀而产生的虚假水位现象,并削弱由此导致的水位控制效果的影响,本文在合理假设下,依据三大守恒定律,采用集总参数法,建立了一种既能反映一定热工特性又便于控制系统设计的自然循环蒸汽发生器四阶动态水位机理模型。本文分析了不同工况点负荷扰动及热量扰动时,水位及影响水位变化的参数的变化过程,并对此水位系统设计了串级PID控制器。仿真结果表明:随着扰动的添加,蒸汽发生器各主要参数都表现出合理的变化趋势,并能准确的模拟出虚假水位现象,低工况时控制器亦能够抑制干扰。
