摘要:
针对燃气喷射规律的测量方法进行研究,并基于定容积法原理建立了燃气喷射规律试验平台。通过考虑壅塞特性、定容气室压强波动、燃气阀泄露等因素,确保了测量结果的精度。为配合玉柴YC6K400LN-C30研发工作,对燃气喷射阀的燃气喷射规律进行了实验研究。获取了不同压强和喷气脉宽下喷射规律曲线,并得到了燃气喷射延迟、喷气持续期、质量流率等重要数据。结果表明:相同喷气脉宽,不同喷气压强下的喷射延迟和持续期基本一致;喷气维持阶段的质量流率与喷气压强成正比;燃气喷射阀全开时,喷气量和喷气持续期与喷气脉宽均呈线性关系;当喷气量低于40 mg时,喷气量的不一致性较高。提高喷气压强,有利于缩短喷气持续期,从而可以有效避免由于气阀重叠角造成的燃气由排气阀溢出的问题,有助于提高发动机的经济性、排放性及动力性。
