摘要:
针对传统集卡路径优化中通常以距离或时间最短为目标的现状,本文从燃料成本和作业时间两个角度研究集装箱码头的集卡路径优化问题。本文借鉴了车辆运输问题中的燃料消耗率,分两步进行了集卡路径优化。以包含燃料成本的总运输成本最小为目标,构建了考虑燃料成本的集卡路径优化模型,解决了不考虑集卡数量时的集卡初步路径规划问题。在此基础上,引入集卡数量,以集卡作业时间最小为目标,构建了考虑集卡作业时间的路径任务分配模型,并通过粒子群算法给出了每辆集卡应执行的路径任务。算例结果表明,与传统模型相比,本文提出的考虑燃料成本的集卡路径优化模型可以降低码头成本。
