摘要:
为提高设计方案的稳健性和设计效率,本文将参数化设计和稳健性引入到某型水下航行器外形设计中。在设计了水下航行器阻力参数化分析流程的基础上,采用最优拉丁超立方法选取样本点进行阻力计算,利用响应面模型对样本点进行拟合,得到精度满足工程需要的艇体阻力近似模型。建立了水下航行器外形多目标优化模型,采用NSGA-Ⅲ多目标优化算法进行确定性多目标优化求解。在考虑了外形设计过程中典型制造误差的基础上,开展外形稳健性优化求解。结果表明:稳健性优化与确定性优化相比,艇体阻力上升了12.34%,总包络体体积增加了51.98%,提高了水下航行器的稳健性。
