摘要:
船体分段测量点数据与CAD模型的匹配精度直接影响分段建造精度评定,评价参数对船舶建造精度管理起着至关重要的作用,采用常规匹配方法无法有效抑制粗差对位姿定位精度的影响。为了获得船体分段最佳匹配位姿,给出合理的建造误差评价,本文提出基于退化的M估计抗差匹配方法以削弱粗差对匹配位姿影响,该算法依据M估计准则获取不同精度数据的匹配权系数,采用退化-迭代方法建立稳健估计模型,提高定位解的可靠性和收敛速度是寻求船舶建造过程中精度尺寸监控的实用性技术。理论和实际算例均验证了该方法的有效性及相对于迭代点最近法的合理性,为船舶建造精度修正和后续装配提供定量参数。
