摘要:
系泊钢链环位于导缆孔处,由于浮式平台的牵连运动,致使其经常受到平面外弯曲载荷作用,从而可能产生损伤。以R4级124 mm直径无档钢链环为对象建立有限元模型,基于Archard磨损理论,计算系泊链环的磨损量,结合均匀腐蚀速率模型,对钢链环长期遭受海洋环境中腐蚀和磨损共同作用进行研究与分析,对比不同平面外弯曲角度载荷下的应力变化与接触特性。研究结果表明:平面外弯曲应力使得系泊钢链环肩部区域两侧应力分布规律发生变化,而磨损和腐蚀联合作用使得链环的最大应力位置从接触区域转移到肩部区域,考虑平面外弯曲应力对于系泊钢链环的应力分布变化规律具有重要影响。
