摘要:
为对船用聚氯乙烯电缆的剩余寿命进行无损快速评估,本文提出一种通过剩余硬度保留率来对其进行检测的方法。在不同温度下对船用聚氯乙烯电缆进行快速热老化试验,并对其绝缘电阻、拉伸强度、硬度和断裂伸长率进行检测。在此基础上,拟合得到不同工作温度下老化时间和剩余硬度保留率之间的函数关系,建立了基于硬度的船用聚氯乙烯电缆剩余使用寿命的预测模型。根据研究结果表明:剩余硬度保留率能够用来评估船用聚氯乙烯电缆的实际老化情况,结合建立的预测模型就能完成对船用聚氯乙烯电缆使用状况的无损评估,与传统的评估方法相比,这种方法操作起来更加简单。
