摘要:
为了控制柴油机尾气污染物排放,研制低温等离子体协同木纤维净化碳烟颗粒物(PM)和NOx的尾气净化器,利用高压脉冲电晕放电产生低温等离子体,木纤维滤芯一方面作为纳米级CeO2催化剂的载体,另一方面可以有效捕集PM。设计尾气净化器性能测试试验台,对净化器净化PM和NOx的性能进行试验研究。以一定比例浓度的N2、NO和O2混合组成柴油机的模拟尾气,将PM提前加载于木纤维滤芯上,气体温度控制在100℃~230℃范围内。试验结果表明:木纤维可为催化剂提供良好的催化环境,催化剂对净化器净化PM和NOx起到了催化促进作用;木纤维滤芯PM负载量的增加可提高净化器对NOx的净化效率;净化器输入电压升高可增加其对PM和NOx的净化效率。
