摘要:
船体分段匹配定位精度直接影响分段建造几何误差评定,评价参数对船舶分段精度管理起着至关重要的作用,采用常规位姿匹配方法很难满足多特征模型定位问题。为了获得船体分段最佳匹配位姿,本文给出合理建造精度评价,依据数据配准技术的误差分配最优化理论,开展考虑安装工艺的多特征模型依次配准定位研究,按照区域精度差异对特征断面依次进行位姿定位。基于模型转换理论集成区域公差约束的迭代求解,是寻求船舶建造过程中精度尺寸监控的实用性技术。理论和实际算例表明了该方法的有效性及相对于传统最小二乘法的合理性,为船舶建造精度修正和后续装配提供定量参数。
