摘要:
水下航行器舵系统振动特性的快速、准确计算是进行舵系统水弹性和振动控制研究的关键。为了研究舵系统关键部件的结构参数对其振动特性的影响,本文基于多体系统传递矩阵法建立了舵系统动力学高效仿真模型,并与商业软件ANSYS的仿真结果进行对比分析,验证模型的准确性。计算结果表明:基于多体系统传递矩阵法的舵系统振动特性计算效率远高于ANSYS软件。舵系统的第1、3阶为对称模型,第2、4阶为反对称模态且为局部模态。增加液压弹簧刚度可以增加舵系统第1、3阶的频率,相当于增加了操纵系统的等效扭转刚度,可以抑制舵叶俯仰运动。
