摘要:
为解决传统锻压工艺存在的不足,本文提出了一种液芯锻造成形的新工艺。以船用曲轴钢S34MnV为研究对象,在DEFORM-3D中进行了2道次液芯锻造工艺压下过程模拟,得到了钢锭不同截面的特殊点受力状态及不同压下率、坯壳厚度、压下速度对液芯锻造S34MnV金属流动变形规律的影响。同时在实验室条件下制备出多层梯度物理模型,验证DEFORM-3D软件中有限元模拟预测的正确性。
